Key Responsibilities:
- Manage company incorporation, registration, and related documentation
- Ensure timely statutory compliance, including ROC filings and regulatory requirements
- Maintain corporate records, statutory registers, and governance documents
- Support board processes, including preparation of agendas and minutes
- Act as a point of contact for clients on compliance and secretarial matters
- Provide administrative support and ensure accurate documentation
Qualifications & Skills:
- Semi-qualified Company Secretary or relevant qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Law, or related field
- Basic experience in incorporation and compliance preferred
- Knowledge of corporate laws and regulatory requirements
- Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
