Role Overview
Peram Group is looking for energetic and motivated Sales Executives to join our growing real estate team. The candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling residential plots, handling customer inquiries, arranging site visits, and converting leads into successful sales. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and approach potential customers interested in purchasing plots.
- Explain project details, pricing, and benefits to prospective buyers.
- Conduct site visits and assist clients in selecting suitable plots.
- Follow up with leads generated through marketing activities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Achieve sales targets set by the company.
- Maintain proper records of customer interactions and sales activities.
- Coordinate with the marketing and sales team for lead conversion.
Required Skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to work in a target-driven sales environment.
- Self-motivated, energetic, and hardworking.
- Basic knowledge of real estate sales is an added advantage.
Qualifications
- Any Graduate / Undergraduate.
- Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
- Experience in real estate sales or field sales will be preferred.
