We are looking for a Business Development Representative that will handle the following :
- Perform outbound calls to potential and current customers
- Close sales and meet monthly sales goals in accordance with development plan
- Qualify customers' sales potential and plan activities to increase book of business
- Analyze relevant customers for targeted sales campaigns and build a work plan to increase sales
- Communicate closely with trade and cross-functional teams on market intelligence, service updates, customer challenges and opportunities
- Manage the sales process with potential and existing customers to maximize short and long term results
- Build, maintain and manage relationships with customers in the assigned portfolio
- Identify and pursue opportunities for cross-sell and up-sell to existing customers
- Enter and update customer information in the database
- Follow and use sales best practice and tools
- Monitor and report sales goals/targets/KPIs in line with company’s objectives
- Forecast sales activities and set personal/company goals accordingly
Requirements:

- 1 to 2 years tele-sales and or sales experience in the ocean shipping or related industry.
- Good Communication in English / Local Languages
- Minimum Graduate
