Project Manager – Tensile Structures & Roofing Projects
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and oversee tensile structure, steel fabrication, and roofing projects from planning through completion. The candidate will be responsible for project execution, client coordination, site management, quality control, budgeting, and timely delivery of projects while ensuring safety and compliance standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end execution of tensile structure, steel, and roofing projects.
- Prepare project schedules, resource plans, and execution strategies.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, architects, and contractors.
- Supervise design, fabrication, procurement, and site installation activities.
- Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines and budgets.
- Conduct site inspections and ensure quality standards are maintained.
- Manage subcontractors, vendors, and project teams.
- Review technical drawings, BOQs, and project specifications.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Prepare project reports, progress updates, and client communications.
- Identify project risks and implement corrective actions when required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or Mechanical/Structural Engineering.
- 5–10 years of experience in project management, preferably in:
- Tensile structures
- Steel structures
- Roofing projects
- Industrial or commercial construction projects
- Strong knowledge of steel fabrication and erection processes.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
- Experience in project planning and scheduling tools.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
