About the Company
Shobhi Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is engaged in sheet metal fabrication, structural steel fabrication, facade support components, custom engineering products, laser cutting, CNC bending, welding, and powder coating services.
Key ResponsibilitiesProduction Planning & Control
- Plan daily, weekly, and monthly production activities.
- Ensure timely completion of customer orders.
- Monitor production schedules and delivery commitments.
- Coordinate between design, purchase, production, and dispatch teams.
Shop Floor Management
- Manage fabrication, laser cutting, bending, welding, assembly, and finishing operations.
- Ensure optimum utilization of machines, manpower, and resources.
- Monitor productivity and reduce production bottlenecks.
- Supervise operators, welders, helpers, and supervisors.
Quality Control
- Ensure production as per approved drawings and specifications.
- Monitor quality at all stages of manufacturing.
- Minimize rework, rejection, and wastage.
- Implement corrective actions for quality issues.
Material & Inventory Management
- Monitor raw material availability.
- Coordinate with purchase team for material planning.
- Control material wastage and scrap generation.
- Maintain stock records and consumption reports.
Dispatch & Delivery
- Ensure timely dispatch of finished goods.
- Coordinate packaging, loading, and transportation.
- Track delivery commitments and customer requirements.
Maintenance & Safety
- Ensure proper maintenance of machines and equipment.
- Monitor machine uptime and breakdowns.
- Implement safety practices across the factory.
- Conduct regular housekeeping and safety inspections.
Team Management
- Manage attendance and discipline of factory staff.
- Conduct daily production meetings.
- Allocate work and monitor performance.
- Train and develop operators and supervisors.
Cost Control
- Monitor production costs and efficiency.
- Control wastage of material, consumables, and manpower.
- Improve productivity and profitability.
- Suggest process improvements and automation opportunities.

Qualification
- Diploma / B.Tech / B.E. Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
Experience
- 5 to 15 years in fabrication, sheet metal, engineering, or manufacturing industries.
- Experience in managing fabrication workshops preferred.
