About the Role :
We are looking for a highly skilled and passionate Node.js Developer to join our growing technology team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable backend applications and APIs while ensuring high performance, security, and reliability across systems.
The role requires strong problem-solving abilities, hands-on backend development experience, and the ability to work in a fast-paced product environment.
Experience : 4-7 Years
Key Responsibilities :
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services and RESTful APIs using Node.js.
- Build robust and high-performance server-side applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including frontend, product, and DevOps teams.
- Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and security.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best development practices.
- Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, and technical planning.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve production issues effectively.
- Integrate third-party services, databases, and APIs as required.
- Ensure application reliability, monitoring, and performance optimization.
Required Skills & Qualifications :
- 4-7 years of hands-on experience in Node.js development.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) and asynchronous programming.
- Experience with frameworks such as Express.js, NestJS, or similar.
- Strong understanding of API development and microservices architecture.
- Experience working with databases such as MongoDB, MySQL, or PostgreSQL.
- Familiarity with TypeScript and modern backend development practices.
- Experience with Docker, AWS, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud-based deployments is preferred.
- Understanding of message queues, caching systems, and scalable system design is a plus.
- Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

- Product-oriented mindset with attention to scalability and performance.
- Prior experience in fintech/startup environments will be an added advantage.
