Key Responsibilities:
- Support the recruitment process including job posting, resume screening, and interview coordination.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Assist in joining formalities and employee onboarding.
- Coordinate attendance, leave records, and payroll inputs.
- Handle employee data in Excel and HR software.
- Support HR activities, employee engagement, and communication.
- Maintain filing systems and update HR databases regularly.
- Coordinate with departments for manpower requirements.
- Assist in preparing HR reports and MIS data.
- Support compliance and administrative activities as required.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
