Role Overview:
Manages the day-to-day logistics and operations of tours, ensuring everything runs according to schedule once a booking is confirmed.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with local tour guides, drivers, hoteliers, and venue operators for smooth execution.
- Track real-time flight schedules, transport arrival times, and room allocations.
- Provide tour leaders/guides with complete passenger manifests and daily itineraries.
- Handle last-minute operational changes, weather delays, or itinerary adjustments.
- Verify supplier services against vouchers to ensure quality delivery.
Pay: ₹10,576.13 - ₹52,561.63 per month
