Job Summary We are seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media Consultant to develop, implement, and manage social media strategies that increase brand awareness, generate leads, and improve customer engagement across digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities - Develop and execute social media marketing strategies. - Create engaging content for Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), and other platforms. - Plan and manage content calendars. - Design and publish posts, reels, stories, and short-form videos. - Respond to comments, messages, and customer inquiries. - Run and optimize paid social media advertising campaigns. - Monitor campaign performance and prepare weekly/monthly reports. - Analyze audience insights and competitor activities. - Collaborate with designers, photographers, and video editors. - Stay updated with the latest social media trends and platform updates. - Generate qualified leads through organic and paid social media campaigns. - Build and maintain a positive online brand reputation.
Required Skills -
Strong knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and X. -
Experience with Meta Ads Manager and social media scheduling tools. -
Excellent copywriting and communication skills. -
Basic graphic design knowledge (Canva, Adobe Express, Photoshop, etc.). -
Video editing skills (CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar) are an advantage. -
Knowledge of social media analytics and reporting. - Creativity, time management, and problem-solving skills.
Qualifications -
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in social media marketing or digital marketing. - Social media or digital marketing certifications are an added advantage. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) - Growth in followers and engagement. - Lead generation through social media. - Reach, impressions, and video views. - Website traffic from social platforms. - Return on advertising spend (ROAS). - Customer response time and satisfaction. - Monthly content delivery and campaign performance.
