*Key Responsibilities*
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for manufacturing and corporate roles.
- Source candidates through job portals, referrals, and social media.
- Screen profiles, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers.
- Schedule interviews, release offers, and ensure smooth onboarding.
- Maintain recruitment MIS and candidate database.
*Requirements*
- Minimum 2 years of recruitment experience.
- Hands-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn, and MS Office.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Graduate/MBA in HR preferred.
