About The Role
We are seeking for Head- Global Sales for our IT services business. In this role, you will be based at Clarion’s Pune Head office and report to CEO - India. In this high impact role you will enable the success of Clarion’s aggressive growth plans by acquiring new customers in global markets. You will lead, coach and develop a world class Inside Sales team and Sales Partner channel. If you are passionate about B2B sales in International Markets, love to understand and solve customer pain areas and work collaboratively with cross functional teams, this is the role for you!
Job Responsibilities
Develop a high performing Inside Sales team for acquiring new customers in global markets
Drive lead generation
Drive sales closures.
Hire, develop and retain top talent.
Develop and lead Sales Partner Channel.
Develop & execute sales strategies.
Ensure efficient utilization of CRM tool for end-to-end Sales process, tracking and reporting.
Develop new and innovative channels for generating sales leads.
Job Requirements
18+ years of experience with at least 3 years as Sales Head or in Senior Sales Role.
Excellent Sales Management skills.
Strong experience in B2B Sales & Inside Sales.
Experience in International Sales
Excellent leadership skills with strong coaching, training and development skills.
Excellent communication & presentation skills.
Ability to learn & grasp new areas.
Flexible, open to new ideas & willing to adapt.
