About the Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic HR Intern who is interested in building a career in HR Department. The intern will work closely with the HR team and gain hands-on experience in end-to-end HR activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and social media platforms
- Screen resumes and shortlist profiles based on job requirements
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates
- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process
- Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers
- Support in posting job openings on different hiring platforms
- Conduct initial HR screening calls
- Assist in onboarding and joining formalities for selected candidates
- Support employer branding and LinkedIn hiring activities
- Work closely with the HR team on hiring targets and recruitment drives
Requirements
- MBA / BBA with interest in HR.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR processes is preferred
- Comfortable interacting with candidates and coordinating interviews
- Familiarity with LinkedIn and job portals is an added advantage
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced startup environment
