Responsibilities: • Delinquency Control: Oversee delinquency management for Tractor Loan on a national scale. • NPA Reduction: Develop and implement strategies to reduce non-performing Assets (NPA) in vehicle financing products. • Reporting: Regularly present updates on delinquency and NPA status to senior management, including actionable insights and recommendations. • Team Recruitment and Development: Recruit and train collection managers at various levels (Bucket, HO, Area, Regional, and Zonal) to ensure eective collections operations. • Asset Management: Oversee the sale of repossessed vehicles, ensuring minimal loss from each account while maintaining compliance with relevant regulations. • Collaboration: Foster strong relationships with Sales, Credit, and Operations teams to resolve customer issues swiftly and eectively.
