IT Recruiter / Technical Recruiter
We are seeking an experienced IT Recruiter to identify, source, screen, and place qualified technology professionals for contract and full-time opportunities across the US.
Responsibilities:
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and databases.
- Review resumes and match candidates with technical job requirements.
- Conduct initial candidate screening and technical qualification.
- Coordinate interviews and maintain candidate communication throughout the hiring process.
- Work closely with hiring managers and account teams to understand requirements.
- Maintain candidate records and ensure timely follow-ups.
Requirements:
- Experience in US IT Staffing / Technical Recruiting.
- Knowledge of technologies such as Java, .NET, Cloud, Data, DevOps, QA ETC
- Strong sourcing and Boolean search skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple requirements and candidates simultaneously.
- Experience with W2, C2C, and contract/FTE hiring is a plus.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
