Job Summary
SUREKHA EXPORTS is seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Officer (BDO) to drive business growth and expand our client base. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong customer relationships, and contributing to the company's revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and follow-ups to convert leads into business opportunities.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and business presentations.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
- Achieve assigned sales and business development targets.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and business activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Marketing, or Client Acquisition.
- Excellent communication skills in Hindi, English, and Tamil are mandatory.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
Preferred Candidates
- Candidates currently residing in Calicut (Kozhikode) or willing to relocate immediately.
- Experience in construction, infrastructure, engineering, or related industries will be an added advantage.
- Candidates with multilingual communication abilities and customer-facing experience will be preferred.
- Possession of a valid driving license and willingness to travel for client meetings is an added advantage.
