- Define and lead end-to-end PLM architecture using Windchill solutions.
- Collaborate with both Business and IT teams to gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Lead Windchill implementation, customization, integration, and enhancement activities.
- Drive technical discussions, solution design, and development planning.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams.
- Work closely with cross-functional stakeholders across business units.
- Ensure scalable, secure, and efficient PLM solutions aligned with organizational goals.
- Support issue resolution, optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Required Skills:
- Strong expertise in Windchill PLM.
- Experience in Automotive Domain is mandatory.
- Strong understanding of PLM architecture, workflows, and integrations.
- Hands-on experience in requirement analysis, solution design, and technical leadership.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to independently lead technical discussions and coordinate with multiple teams.
- Strong experience in translating business requirements into technical development activities.
