Customer Acquisition Executive – Banking Proces
Qualification: Minimum 12th Pass / HSC
Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in any sales process
Salary: ₹22,000 – ₹23,000 in-hand per month
CTC: ₹24,000 – ₹25,000 per month + incentives
Shift Timing: Day Shift | Any 9-hour shift between 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM
Weekly Off: Sunday Fixed Off

Responsibilities
- Handle customer calls for the insurance sales process
- Explain products and services clearly to customers
- Generate sales through proper pitching and follow-ups
- Maintain customer details and call records accurately
- Achieve assigned sales targets
- Provide correct information to customers in a professional manner
Required Skills
- Good communication skills in Hindi and English
- Strong convincing skills
- Basic negotiation skills
- Confident in handling customer calls
- Target-oriented approach
