- Supervise daily shop floor operations to meet production schedules and project deadlines.
- Review work orders, drawings, material availability, and manpower allocation before execution.
- Ensure efficient workflow across assigned shop areas.
- Monitor production progress and take corrective action to avoid delays.
- Coordinate with planning and engineering teams to resolve technical or schedule issues.
