Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and dynamic B2B Business Development Executive to join our team. This role is ideal for a recent graduate with a Bachelor’s in Science or Business Management who is eager to gain hands-on experience in sales. This role will support our SaaS sales team by managing customer inquiries, generating leads and providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead generation: Identify and qualify potential sales leads through various channels including cold calling, email campaigns and social media.
- Customer Outreach: Reaching out to prospective clients to introduce our products and set up meetings for the sales team. Required to provide product presentations and short demos to potential customers.
- Customer relationship management: Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate and up-to-date information on leads and opportunities.
- Sales support: Provide support to the sales team with administrative tasks, preparing sales materials and scheduling meetings. Aids sales team to achieve quarterly sales targets.
- Market research: Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities and provide insights to the sales team.
- Reporting: Aid in preparing regular reports on sales activities, lead generation efforts and progress towards targets.
- Product knowledge: Gain in-depth knowledge of our products to effectively communicate their value to potential clients.
- Team collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies and ensure a cohesive approach to lead generation and customer engagement.
Eligibility:
- Bachelor’s in Science or Business management or related field with 1-2 years of experience in SaaS sales is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organization skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and succeed in sales
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to conduct market research and analyze data.
