Job Summary
NB Entrepreneurs is seeking an experienced and proactive Maintenance Manager to oversee the maintenance of plant machinery, utilities, equipment, and infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have 10–12 years of experience in industrial maintenance, with strong expertise in preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance. The role requires ensuring maximum equipment uptime, optimizing maintenance costs, maintaining safety standards, and leading a high-performing maintenance team.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, organize, and supervise preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities.
- Ensure minimum equipment downtime and maximum plant availability.
- Lead and manage the maintenance team, including technicians and supervisors.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules for all plant equipment and utilities.
- Analyze equipment failures and implement root cause analysis (RCA) and corrective actions.
- Coordinate with production, quality, and safety departments to ensure uninterrupted operations.
- Monitor maintenance KPIs such as MTBF, MTTR, equipment availability, and maintenance costs.
- Manage annual maintenance budgets and control spare parts inventory.
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and statutory regulations.
- Oversee installation, commissioning, and performance testing of new machinery and equipment.
- Maintain maintenance records, reports, SOPs, and documentation.
- Negotiate and coordinate with external vendors, contractors, and service providers.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment reliability and operational efficiency.
- Support energy conservation and cost optimization projects.
- Conduct training and skill development programs for maintenance personnel.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Additional certifications in Maintenance Management, TPM, Reliability Engineering, or Lean Manufacturing are preferred.
Experience
- 10–12 years of relevant experience in industrial maintenance, preferably in manufacturing, engineering, fabrication, or process industries.
- Minimum 3–5 years in a supervisory or managerial role leading maintenance teams.
Pay: ₹20,824.34 - ₹60,000.00 per month
