We are hiring a CAD Civil Draughtsman with experience in layout development and approval drawings related to CMDA / DTCP projects.
Responsibilities:
- Ability to combine FMB Sketches and prepare combined survey sketches.
- Prepare civil and layout drawings using AutoCAD
- Develop layout plans, building plans, site plans, and approval drawings
- Modify drawings based on site measurements and survey data
- Prepare layout development drawings for CMDA / DTCP approval process
- Coordinate with engineers, surveyors, and liaison teams
- Prepare Topo Key Plans, Site Plans, and Village Maps
- Assist in documentation required for layout approvals
Required Skills & Knowledge:
- Ability to read and combine FMB sketches
- Preparation of Area Statements and OSR calculations
- Knowledge of CMDA / DTCP layout approval procedures
- Experience in layout development and approval drawings
- AutoCAD proficiency is mandatory
- Basic understanding of land records and planning documents preferred
Qualification:
Diploma / BE in Civil Engineering (Preferred)
Relevant experience preferred (Freshers with strong AutoCAD knowledge may also apply)
