Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic SAP Counsellor to guide students and working professionals in selecting the right SAP training programs. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a passion for helping candidates build successful careers.
Key Responsibilities
- Counsel students and professionals about SAP courses and career opportunities.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, WhatsApp, and email inquiries.
- Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into admissions.
- Explain course curriculum, fees, schedules, and certification details.
- Maintain accurate lead and student records in the CRM.
- Achieve monthly admission targets.
- Coordinate with the training and admissions team for a smooth enrollment process.
Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in education counselling, telecalling, or sales is preferred.
- Basic computer and CRM knowledge.
- Target-oriented with a positive attitude.
- Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome to apply.
