Position: Associate Salesforce Engineer
Location: Ahmedabad
Experience: 1 year
Required Qualifications:
- 6 months to 1 year of Salesforce experience (Admin + Apex exposure).
- Good understanding of Salesforce fundamentals, including:
- Standard objects & relationships
- Validation rules, formulas, email alerts
- Profiles, permission sets, sharing model
- Hands-on experience with Flows is mandatory.
- Hands-on knowledge of Apex, SOQL/DML, and simple trigger logic.
- Ability to write and maintain Apex test methods.
- Strong communication, documentation skills, and a willingness to learn.
- Ability to work with clear direction and follow best practices.
- Exposure to LWC or basic JavaScript.
- Consistent academic record of 75% and above.
- Basic understanding of AI capabilities within Salesforce (such as Einstein AI, predictive insights, or AI-driven automation) and willingness to leverage AI tools for development productivity.
Nice to Have:
- Understanding of JSON and simple integration concepts.
- Experience with deployments.
- Understanding of Salesforce security concepts (OWD, roles, permission sets).
- Ability to create simple process flow diagrams using Lucidchart/Draw.io.
- Exposure to AI-assisted development tools or prompt-based coding assistants to enhance efficiency in Apex, flows, or configuration tasks.
