Position: Medical Representative (MR) (Only Gynec)
Qualification: B.Sc / M.Sc / D.Pharm / B.Pharm
Experience: 1–3 Years (Experience Required in Gynac segment)
Location: Ahmedabad, Surat, Vadodara
1. Doctor & Customer Engagement
- Visit Gynec & IVF Doctors.
- Explain product benefits, usage, and advantages
- Build strong professional relationships with generate prescription and take POB.
2. Product Promotion
- Promote company brands ethically
- Conduct product detailing and presentations
- Ensure doctors prescribe your products
3. Sales Achievement
- Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Increase product visibility and demand in the market
4. Territory Management
- Cover assigned area (HQ) effectively
- Plan daily visit schedules (Doctor Call Average – DCA)
- Ensure proper coverage of all key doctors and chemists
5. Market Feedback
- Collect competitor information
- Share market trends, doctor preferences, and product feedback
6. Reporting
- Submit daily call reports (DCR)
- Maintain records of visits, orders, and expenses

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
