Job Responsibilities
* Manage end-to-end execution of commercial interior fit-out projects.
* Plan, monitor, and control project schedules to ensure timely completion.
* Coordinate with clients, consultants, architects, MEP teams, vendors, and subcontractors.
* Ensure quality standards, safety compliance, and project specifications are followed.
* Manage site execution, manpower, material planning, and resource allocation.
* Review drawings, BOQs, work orders, and project documentation.
* Monitor project budgets, cost control, and billing coordination.
* Conduct site meetings and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
* Resolve site issues and ensure smooth project execution.
* Coordinate project handover and snag closure.
