Thukral Law Associates is looking to hire a Senior Associate (Litigation) to join our growing team. We are seeking a highly competent, confident, and dedicated legal professional with exceptional legal acumen and a strong command over litigation practice.
Key Responsibilities
- Independently appear and argue matters before the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India, High Courts, District Courts, and other judicial forums.
- Draft, review, and settle pleadings, petitions, applications, replies, written submissions, legal notices, agreements, and other legal documents with a high degree of accuracy and precision.
- Supervise, guide, and review the work of junior associates and interns, ensuring that all work leaving the office meets the highest professional standards.
- Manage day-to-day office operations, case strategy, court filings, and litigation workflow.
- Attend client meetings independently, understand complex legal issues, provide sound legal advice, and maintain excellent professional communication.
- Conduct comprehensive legal research and formulate effective litigation strategies.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of post-qualification experience in litigation as an enrolled Advocate with the Bar.
- Excellent knowledge of civil, criminal, constitutional, commercial, and procedural laws.
- Outstanding drafting skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Strong advocacy skills and the confidence to appear before courts at all levels, including the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India.
- Ability to independently handle complex litigation matters from inception to conclusion.
- Leadership qualities with the ability to mentor junior lawyers and efficiently manage office responsibilities.
- Excellent analytical, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a professional approach towards clients and colleagues.
