About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and experienced HR manager to oversee and manage the complete HR function of the organisation. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience handling recruitment, payroll, employee engagement, performance management, compliance, and overall HR operations. Prior experience or strong understanding of the crypto/Web3 ecosystem will be highly preferred.
Key ResponsibilitiesTalent Acquisition & Recruitment
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes across various departments.
- Source, screen, interview, and coordinate hiring activities.
- Develop effective hiring strategies to attract top talent.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
Payroll & Compensation Management
- Process monthly payroll accurately and on time.
- Coordinate with finance teams for salary disbursements.
- Manage employee benefits, reimbursements, and compensation structures.
- Ensure compliance with statutory deductions and labour regulations.
HR Operations
- Oversee employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
- Handle attendance, leave management, and employee data management.
Employee Engagement & Performance Management
- Drive employee engagement initiatives and workplace culture programmes.
- Manage performance review cycles and employee development plans.
- Address employee grievances and provide HR guidance.
- Foster a positive and productive work environment.
Compliance & Administration
- Ensure compliance with labour laws and company policies.
- Manage employment contracts, offer letters, and HR audits.
- Support organisational growth through effective HR practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
- 5 years of experience in HR management, recruitment, payroll, and HR operations.
- Strong knowledge of labour laws, payroll processing, and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
- Experience with HRMS tools and recruitment platforms.
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience working in crypto, blockchain, Web3, fintech, or startup environments.
- Understanding of decentralised organisations, remote workforce management, and global talent acquisition.
- Familiarity with international hiring and contractor management.
