Job Overview
At PUMA, we're looking for a customer-focused and results-driven Senior Sales Associate to deliver exceptional customer experiences while supporting daily store operations. You will lead by example on the sales floor, achieve sales targets, mentor team members, and ensure PUMA's service and operational standards are consistently maintained.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve individual and store sales targets.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and product recommendations.
- Support and mentor Sales Associates on the sales floor.
- Assist in daily store operations, inventory management, and stock replenishment.
- Handle billing, cash transactions, and POS operations accurately.
- Maintain visual merchandising and housekeeping standards.
- Resolve customer concerns professionally.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
