We are seeking a skilled Plant Operator to manage and operate hospital utility systems, ensuring uninterrupted functioning of all critical services such as power, water, HVAC, and medical gases.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor utility equipment such as DG sets, boilers, chillers, HVAC systems, air compressors, and water treatment plants (STP/ETP)
- Ensure continuous power and utility supply across the hospital
- Perform routine checks and preventive maintenance of plant equipment
- Identify faults and coordinate with maintenance teams for quick resolution
- Maintain logbooks, daily reports, and equipment records
- Monitor fuel levels, water levels, and system performance
- Ensure safety standards and compliance with hospital protocols
- Respond to emergency breakdowns and system failures
- Assist in shutdown and startup procedures of plant machinery
Key Skills:
- Knowledge of hospital utility systems and plant operations
- Basic troubleshooting and technical skills
- Ability to handle emergency situations
- Good coordination and communication skills
- Willingness to work in shifts
Qualification & Experience:
- ITI / Diploma in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering or related field
- 2–5 years of experience in hospital / industrial plant operations preferred
- Experience in handling Chiller, DG, HVAC, boilers, and water systems is an advantage
Pay: ₹16,220.92 - ₹30,261.55 per month
