Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to manage end-to-end recruitment and support HR operations. The ideal candidate will have strong coordination skills, proficiency in Excel, and the ability to manage candidate communications and onboarding processes efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, scheduling, and coordinating interviews
- Manage and streamline the interview process in collaboration with hiring managers
- Coordinate with candidates and internal teams to fulfill hiring requirements in a timely manner
- Oversee onboarding activities, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for new hires
- Maintain regular communication with candidates through professional email correspondence
- Support day-to-day HR operations and administrative tasks
- Utilize Excel for maintaining candidate databases, tracking recruitment metrics, and generating reports
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 1–3 years of experience in HR or recruitment
- Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and HR operations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data management, reporting, basic formulas)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and coordination abilities
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
