Core Responsibilities Package Delivery & Pickup: Collecting orders from the delivery hub and delivering them directly to customers' doorsteps within a specified time frame. This also includes "Reverse Logistics"—picking up return products from customers. Navigation & Route Planning: Using a smartphone and GPS to find the most efficient routes to ensure timely deliveries and maximize the number of drops per shift. Cash/Payment Handling: Collecting Cash on Delivery (COD) payments and ensuring the correct amount is deposited back at the hub at the end of the shift. App Management: Updating the status of each shipment (Delivered, Out for Delivery, Customer Not Available, etc.) in real-time using the Delhivery partner app. Customer Interaction: Coordinating with customers via phone calls to confirm their availability and address for delivery. Job Requirements & Skills Assets: You must own a two-wheeler (bike/scooter) and a smartphone (Android). Documents: A valid Driving License, RC (Registration Certificate), PAN Card, Aadhaar Card, and a Bank Account for salary transfers. Education: Most roles are open to candidates who have completed 10th or 12th grade. Physical Stamina: The role involves full-day field work, often requiring 6 days of working per week in various weather conditions. Salary and Benefits Average Earnings: Typically ranges from ₹15,000 to ₹30,000+ per month, depending on the location and the number of deliveries made. Payout Structure: Often consists of a fixed base salary plus per-delivery incentives.
