Position Summary Niyatee Foundation is seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Manager to lead and manage the organization's human resource functions. The HR Manager will be responsible for recruitment, employee engagement, HR operations, policy implementation, performance management, compliance, and organizational development. The role requires a proactive professional capable of building a positive work culture and supporting the Foundation's growth and impact objectives.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition processes for various projects and departments.
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices aligned with organizational goals.
- Oversee employee onboarding, induction, confirmation, and exit management processes.
- Maintain employee records, HR databases, attendance, leave management, and documentation.
- Provide leadership and direction to the HR team, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Plan and implement employee engagement, welfare, and retention initiatives.
- Address employee concerns, grievances, and disciplinary matters professionally.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory regulations, and organizational policies.
- Coordinate payroll inputs, attendance records, and employee benefits administration.
- Conduct training needs assessments and facilitate employee learning and development programs.
- Prepare HR reports, recruitment dashboards, MIS reports, and workforce analytics.
- Support organizational development initiatives and workforce planning activities.
- Collaborate with management to strengthen organizational culture and employee productivity.
- Develop strategies for talent retention, succession planning, and leadership development.
Eligibility & Qualifications:
- MBA/PGDM in Human Resource Management, Personnel Management, or related discipline.
- Minimum 3�5 years of experience in HR Operations, Recruitment, and Employee Relations.
- Experience in NGOs, CSR projects, development sector organizations, or social enterprises will be preferred.
- Strong understanding of labor laws, HR compliance, and modern HR practices.
