Timings: 10:30 AM to 9:00 PM (Full-Time)
Salary: Starting at ₹20,000 per month (Negotiable based on experience)
Key Responsibilities
- Store Operations: Manage daily store opening and closing procedures, maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure the store is clean, organized and welcoming.
- Sales & Target Achievement: Drive store sales to meet and exceed monthly/annual targets and revenue goals.
- Customer Service: Address customer inquiries, resolve complaints efficiently and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Team Leadership: Train, mentor and supervise store staff, schedule shifts and foster a positive, productive work environment.
- Inventory & Stock Management: Monitor stock levels, handle product replenishment, conduct regular audits and minimize shrinkage or stock loss.
- Cash & Reporting: Oversee cash counter operations, manage daily sales reports, reconcile cash registers and handle basic bookkeeping operations.
Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Panchkula, Haryana (Panchkula): Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Experience:
- Retail Industry: 1 year (Required)
