Job Summary
We are hiring experienced Boutique Tailors, Fashion Designers, and Boutique Executives to provide customized stitching, alterations, and fashion consultation services for clients. Candidates should have strong technical skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship.
Key Responsibilities
- Take accurate body measurements and understand customer requirements.
- Stitch women's, men's, and children's garments as per customer specifications.
- Perform alterations, fitting adjustments, and garment repairs.
- Design and customize ethnic, western, bridal, and party wear.
- Assist clients in selecting fabrics, styles, and design patterns.
- Ensure high-quality stitching, finishing, and timely delivery.
- Maintain cleanliness and proper handling of fabrics, tools, and equipment.
- Follow company quality standards and provide excellent customer service.
- Manage appointments and complete assigned work within the scheduled timeline.
Eligibility
- Minimum 1 year of experience in tailoring, boutique work, or fashion designing.
- Knowledge of garment construction, cutting, stitching, and alterations.
- Ability to operate sewing machines and boutique equipment.
- Good communication and customer handling skills.
- Professional, reliable, and detail-oriented.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
