Job Title: HR Recruiter (Recruitment & Onboarding)
Salary: Up to ₹25,000 per month
Working Days: Monday to Saturday (2nd Saturday off)
Location: Marol Naka, Mumbai
Responsibilities:
- Source and screen candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals.
- Conduct initial interviews and coordinate with hiring managers.
- Extend job offers and manage candidate negotiations.
- Assist in onboarding new hires, including paperwork and orientation.
- Maintain recruitment records and prepare weekly reports.
Requirements:
- Experience in recruitment and onboarding.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with MS Office; recruitment software knowledge is a plus.
