About Us: We are a growing construction company engaged in residential, commercial, and infrastructure projects. We are looking for a detail-oriented Billing Engineer to join our project team and support accurate project costing and billing operations. Key Responsibilities: You will be responsible for preparing and processing client bills in accordance with contract terms, ensuring measurements and quantities are accurate and well-documented. The role involves verifying subcontractor bills, coordinating with site engineers and project managers, and maintaining records for all billing activities. You will also track project progress against billing milestones, assist in cost estimation, and ensure compliance with contractual and financial procedures. Required Skills & Qualifications: A Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Civil Engineering is expected, along with practical experience in construction billing. You should be comfortable working with BOQs, rate analysis, and measurement sheets. Familiarity with billing software and tools such as MS Excel and ERP systems is important. Strong attention to detail, numerical accuracy, and good coordination skills are essential for success in this role. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in handling client billing for large-scale projects and knowledge of contract conditions (such as item rate and lump sum contracts) will be an advantage.
