We are hiring experienced Car Rental Reservation Executives for our client based at Lindsay Street, Kolkata.
Key Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Car Rental Reservations is mandatory.
- Experience with car rental booking and reservation processes.
- Good communication skills in English.
- Comfortable working in rotational shifts, including night shifts.
- Basic computer knowledge and ability to handle reservation systems.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Handle customer car rental reservations through calls, emails, and online booking platforms.
- Assist customers with booking modifications, cancellations, and queries.
- Coordinate with operations to ensure smooth vehicle allocation.
- Maintain accurate reservation records and provide excellent customer service.
- Resolve customer issues professionally and efficiently.
Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month (Based on experience)
Location: Lindsay Street, Kolkata
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
