About the Role
As a Senior Blockchain Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and scaling production-grade blockchain applications and Web3 platforms. You will work on cutting-edge projects involving Smart Contracts, DApps, DeFi Protocols, Smart Wallets, RWA Platforms, Cross-Chain Solutions, and Blockchain Infrastructure.
The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in blockchain architecture, decentralized systems, smart contract development, and Web3 ecosystems across EVM and/or Solana networks.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain blockchain-based applications and platforms.
- Build, deploy, and optimize secure smart contracts.
- Develop scalable Web3 architectures and decentralized applications (DApps).
- Integrate wallets, blockchain networks, and on-chain/off-chain services.
- Work on DeFi platforms, Smart Wallets, RWA platforms, cross-chain solutions, and blockchain infrastructure systems.
- Ensure application performance, scalability, security, and reliability.
- Collaborate with frontend, backend, product, and DevOps teams.
- Conduct smart contract testing, code reviews, debugging, and security assessments.
- Stay updated with emerging blockchain technologies, protocols, and industry trends.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 5+ years of software development experience, including significant exposure to Blockchain/Web3 development.
- Strong hands-on experience building blockchain-based applications.
- Expertise in Solidity and/or Rust.
- Experience working with EVM-based chains and/or Solana ecosystem.
- Strong understanding of smart contract development and deployment.
- Experience with wallet integrations and blockchain connectivity.
- Hands-on experience with cross-chain implementations and decentralized systems.
- Familiarity with Web3 libraries, frameworks, and blockchain development tools.
- Strong understanding of blockchain security, interoperability, and decentralized architectures.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in blockchain protocol or chain development.
- Hands-on experience deploying and managing Layer 1 (L1) and Layer 2 (L2) blockchain networks.
- Familiarity with validators, RPC infrastructure, node management, and blockchain networking.
- Understanding of blockchain infrastructure and ecosystem architecture.
- Experience designing highly scalable and secure distributed systems.
- Exposure to staking, tokenization, DeFi protocols, and blockchain governance models.
Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹1,800,000.00 per year
