Job Purpose:
Your primary role will be to counsel prospective students, explain course benefits, handle inquiries, and successfully convert leads into confirmed admissions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage student inquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, and face-to-face counseling.
- Provide detailed information regarding course structures, eligibility, fee schedules, and career prospects.
- Maintain consistent and professional follow-ups with potential candidates to ensure enrollment.
- Guide students and parents smoothly through the entire registration and documentation process.
- Meet or exceed weekly and monthly admission targets set by the institution.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Education: Any Bachelor’s Degree.
- Experience: Prior experience in educational counseling, inside sales, customer support, or tele-calling is highly preferred.
- Skills: Exceptional convincing power, strong interpersonal skills, active listening, and patience.
- Languages: Fluent in Malayalam and comfortable communicating in English.
