Job Title: Senior HR Executive
Location: Seawoods Navi Mumbai
Age criteria - 35 to 45 years old
About the Role:
1. End-to-End Recruitment
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle (sourcing to onboarding).
- Understand hiring requirements from hiring managers.
2. Sourcing & Screening
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals.
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
- Conduct initial HR interviews and coordinate further interview rounds.
3. Interview Coordination
- Schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Follow up with candidates and provide timely feedback.
- Maintain interview records and reports.
4. Offer & Onboarding
- Prepare and roll out offer letters.
- Negotiate salary and terms of employment.
- Ensure smooth onboarding, documentation and joining process.
5. Database & Reporting
- Maintain candidate database and recruitment trackers.
- Generate recruitment reports
Build a pipeline of qualified candidates for future needs.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
