- Operations Management: Directs daily activities across all departments to ensure smooth functioning and adherence to brand and quality standards.
- Financial Oversight: Prepares annual operating and capital budgets, monitors profit and loss (P&L) statements, and drives strategies to optimize revenue.
- Guest Experience: Manages VIP services, handles escalations for complex complaints, and monitors reputation scores to maintain high customer satisfaction.
- Staff Leadership: Recruits, trains, and mentors department heads, while evaluating team performance and building a strong workplace culture.
- Sales & Marketing: Collaborates with the marketing team to boost occupancy, target specific market segments, and plan promotional campaigns.
- Compliance: Ensures the hotel rigorously meets all health, safety, security, and licensing regulations
