Ensure that the projects, processes and operations of the organization are being performed in compliance with various acts, rules and applicable legal conditions while ensuring fulfillment of IMS and ESG requirements.

Responsibilities · Responsible for implementation and management of documentation structure for ISO 9001:2016, ISO 14001:2016 and ISO 45001:2018 as Integrated Management System (IMS) for NEPRA. · Responsible to conduct Internal & External Audits and ensure that the non-conformities are closed in a time bound manner. · Responsible to identify and implement the compliance requirements pertaining to Environment, Occupational Health and Safety for site locations and perform compliance submissions to various authorities in time bound manner. · Responsible maintain compliance requirement for sites for applicable compliance conditions in EHS domain. · Responsible to coordinate government bodies like SPCB, CPCB, DISH etc. during their site visits. Collect and submit the data required for ESG reporting to relevant stakeholders within the organization. · Responsible for coordination to obtain EHS related licenses and permissions from various government bodies. · Responsible to identify EHS requirements for the project components during expansion or modification, and proactively communicate with relevant stakeholders to ensure its implementation. · Suggest to use the technologies which are in line with Sustainability Goals of the organization. · Review the EHS performance of the site by participating a EHS Review meeting with Management and ensure the requirements are fulfilled for various EHS related activities.
· Responsible to execute strategies for implementation of work practices which improves EHS performance of the organization. · Perform investigations for Incident or Accidents as per common procedure and ensure that the corrective actions are implemented to align with the organizational goal of Zero Incident. · Responsible to design training contents for EHS related Topics and impart relevant training to implement EHS management system. · Celebrate various EHS related important days to improve awareness among the employees.
Qualification, Experience and Skills requirements for the Role
Qualification · M.Sc./ B.Sc. Fire; or B.E./B.Tech/M.Sc. Environmental Science or relevant domain of Environment, Health and Safety; or equivalent · Post Diploma in Industrial Safety or equivalent (Mandatory)
Experience 6 to 8 years of experience in EHS Department
Must haves To establish EHS culture for organization. To perform various IMS related documentation done through various stakeholders. To guide the organization in various compliance requirements during project phase as well as during operational phase. To communicate cross functional EHS activities and implement EHS requirements To resolve cross functional conflicts generated due to cross functional EHS requirements.
