We are looking for a responsible and organized Store Keeper for the Spare Parts Department in an automobile workshop. The candidate will be responsible for handling spare parts inventory, maintaining stock records, issuing materials, and ensuring smooth store operations.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Receive spare parts and verify quantity & quality as per invoice/GRN.
- Maintain proper stock of automobile spare parts and consumables.
- Issue spare parts to technicians and service advisors as per requirement.
- Update inward and outward entries in DMS/ERP/software.
- Maintain bin location and proper arrangement of parts in store.
- Conduct regular stock checking and physical inventory verification.
- Ensure availability of fast moving parts and inform senior for shortages.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety in the spare parts store.
- Prepare daily/monthly stock reports.
- Coordinate with purchase department and workshop team.
- Handle warranty and defective spare parts separately.
- Follow company policies and inventory control procedures.
Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of automobile spare parts.
- Computer knowledge (Excel, DMS/ERP software).
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to maintain stock accuracy and documentation.
- Time management and teamwork skills.
Qualification
- Minimum HSC / Graduate preferred.
- Experience in automobile workshop or spare parts store preferred.
Experience
- 1 to 3 years experience in automobile spare parts department preferred.

Salary
- As per company standards and experience.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
