This role is for someone who has spent years working across technical and functional dimensions of enterprise software — Microsoft, and is now ready to own delivery, lead teams, and manage client relationships at a senior level. Domain exposure to ERP, CRM, or enterprise platforms is an advantage — but what matters most is your ability to lead, execute, and deliver.
- Project & Team Leadership
Lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise software implementation and consulting projects
Manage and mentor cross-functional teams of technical and functional consultants
Own project planning, scope definition, milestone tracking, resource allocation, and risk management
Conduct regular project reviews, status reporting, and internal stakeholder communication
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
- Client Management
Act as the primary point of contact for clients — from kickoff to go-live and post-implementation support
Lead requirement gathering sessions and translate business needs into actionable project plans
Manage client expectations proactively and maintain strong, trust-based relationships
Oversee UAT planning, sign-off coordination, and end-user training delivery
- Functional & Technical Oversight
Review and validate functional configurations, technical deliverables, and solution designs
Collaborate with technical teams to resolve complex issues and maintain delivery quality
Ensure documentation standards, code quality, and best practices are followed across the project
Coordinate system upgrades, deployments, and integration activities
- What We Are Looking For:
9+ years in enterprise software consulting, implementation, or IT project management
Proven track record of leading full-cycle software implementation projects
Strong techno-functional understanding of enterprise software solutions
Hands-on experience in requirement gathering, solution scoping, and project planning
Excellent client-facing, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Proficiency in project management methodologies — Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid
No travel restrictions
- Preferred:
Prior exposure to ERP, CRM, or enterprise platforms — Microsoft, SAP, Oracle, or similar
PMP, Prince2, or equivalent certification
Experience managing multiple projects and cross-functional teams simultaneously
Exposure to pre-sales, solution scoping, or proposal development
