Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Project Manager to oversee and manage construction projects from initiation to completion. The candidate will be responsible for planning, execution, monitoring, and successful delivery of projects within timelines, budget, and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage end-to-end project execution.
* Prepare project plans, schedules, and budgets.
* Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams.
* Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
* Monitor project progress and prepare regular status reports.
* Handle site-related issues and ensure smooth project operations.
* Ensure compliance with safety standards and quality norms.
* Manage project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
* Conduct meetings and provide updates to senior management.
Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
