About the Role
We are looking for motivated and enthusiastic professionals to join our Commercial Real Estate team.
This opportunity is suitable for candidates interested in Commercial Property Sourcing and Commercial Real Estate Sales.
Depending on your experience and skills, you may be considered for opportunities in Property Sourcing Executive or Sales Executive / Assistant Manager roles.
The role involves a combination of fieldwork, property sourcing, client interaction, property inspections, relationship building, CRM management, and supporting commercial real estate transactions.
Key Responsibilities:
Property Sourcing:
- Identify and source commercial properties across Mumbai.
- Visit properties and verify accurate property information.
- Collect property details through on-site visits and online sources.
- Build and maintain relationships with property owners, brokers, and developers.
- Conduct market research and stay updated on available commercial properties.
- Maintain accurate and updated property information in the CRM.
Sales:
- Understand client requirements and propose suitable commercial property options.
- Conduct client meetings and property inspections.
- Develop relationships with corporate clients and property owners.
- Generate new business opportunities and contribute towards business growth.
- Support leasing and sale transactions from initial discussions to closure.
- Work towards achieving assigned business targets and ensuring timely collections.
Who Can Apply?
- Candidates interested in Commercial Real Estate, Property Sourcing, Field Sales.
- Undergraduate and graduate candidates are eligible.
- Freshers to 6 months of experience in any field is preferred for Property Sourcing roles.
- Candidates with 2+ years of Real Estate Sales experience may be considered for Sales Executive / Assistant Manager positions.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Comfortable with extensive fieldwork and travelling across Mumbai.
- Ability to work independently and manage responsibilities efficiently.
- Two-wheeler and valid Driving License are mandatory.
