1. Lead a Team of 10 Project Engineers and Managers
2. Oversee the Project Execution of Electrical projects
3. Establish technical SOPs, specifications, and best practices
4. Provide technical direction during project planning and execution
5. Provide technical inputs for cost estimation and BOQ optimization
6. Identify technical risks and mitigation strategies
7. Participate in client technical discussions and pre-bid meetings
8. Engineering deliverables adherence to project timelines
9. Reduction in design errors and rework along with Technical cost optimization through value engineering
10. Strategic Thinking & Strong Decision Making responsibility

Pay: ₹75,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
