We are looking for a Civil Engineer with residential construction experience who wishes to transition from traditional site execution into Project Management Consultancy (PMC) and Redevelopment Consultancy.
The selected candidate will be involved in project monitoring, quality assessment, progress tracking, developer coordination, reporting, society interaction and redevelopment project management.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct periodic site inspections and construction quality audits.
- Monitor project progress against approved timelines and milestones.
- Prepare project monitoring reports and site observation reports.
- Review construction drawings and monitor compliance during execution.
- Verify quality, dimensions and specifications during construction.
- Coordinate with developers, contractors, consultants and society representatives.
- Participate in project review meetings and prepare MOMs.
- Support redevelopment projects during planning, design review and execution stages.
- Assist in project documentation, presentations and technical assessments.
Desired Candidate Profile
- BE/ BTech Civil.
- 3–5 years of experience in residential building construction.
- Experience in site supervision, contractor coordination and quality control.
- Good communication and report writing skills.
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD, Excel and construction documentation.
- Willingness to travel across Mumbai for site inspections.
- Strong learning attitude and interest in PMC and redevelopment consultancy.
