Job Summary
We are seeking a professional, friendly, and organized Receptionist to manage our front desk operations and provide administrative support. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to multitask efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and guests professionally.
- Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls.
- Manage appointments and maintain meeting schedules.
- Handle visitor registration and maintain front office records.
- Coordinate incoming and outgoing couriers, mail, and deliveries.
- Provide basic information about the organization and direct inquiries appropriately.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
- Assist with administrative tasks including filing, data entry, and document management.
- Coordinate with various departments for smooth day-to-day operations.
- Perform additional front office duties as assigned.
Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
- 1–3 years of experience as a Receptionist or Front Office Executive.
- Freshers with excellent communication and interpersonal skills may also apply.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Professional appearance with a customer-friendly attitude.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
