Role & responsibilities
- Manage customer relationships from booking to possession.
- Coordinate documentation, agreements, payments, and loan processing.
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and provide timely resolutions.
- Coordinate with Sales, Legal, Finance, Projects, and Customer Support teams.
- Maintain customer records and MIS reports in the CRM system.
- Ensure timely customer communication on project updates and payment reminders.
- Organize customer meetings, site visits, handovers, and registration processes.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and adherence to company policies.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
